
The Stone County Health Department announced that six employees at Silver Dollar City have tested positive for COVID-19.
SCHD officials say they are investigating the situation as a possible outbreak. All the employees reportedly were masked the entire time they were working and are currently quarantined at home.
The dates of the exposures are:
- June 17th- 7:45-1:00 -Masked
- June 20th- All Day -Masked
- June 24th- All Day -Masked
- June 25th- All Day -Masked
- June 26th- All Day -Masked
SCHD reported Silver Dollar city has “fully cooperated” with the investigation and is taking “all the necessary precautionary measures.” Because SDC is requiring all guests to wear masks, the risk to guests is considered to be
“very low.”
