Dare County reported six new cases of COVID-19 on Aug. 31, bringing the total since the outset of the pandemic to 453 cases.
Of the newest cases, five are non-residents of Dare County and one is a resident. Three of them are under 25 years of age, two are 25-49 years old and one is 50-64 years old. All five non-residents have been transferred to isolate in another county and the one Dare resident is isolating here.
