More than $6,000 in prize money was on the line on at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds on Saturday, Oct. 10, as Ken and Megan Reese of We Check ‘Em, U Wreck ‘Em productions hosted the Empty Your Barn Bash demo derbies. The big money drew big numbers as 95 competitors made their way to the fairgrounds in Butler for the event.
The two modified classes would both pay out $1,000 to the winners, with Scott McAdams winning the full size modified division and Jon White winning the compact modified division.
Terris Lacy and Scott Baldwin finished second and third in the full size mod class, with Mark Korsmeyer winning the mad dog award. Cole Utlaut and Dalton Jamieson would finish second and third in the compact modified class, with White earning the mad dog award.
In the stock compact division, Daryn Henke would take the mad dog, the top spot and the $800 prize, beating out second place Cole Breckon and third place Collin Lebro.
In the full size stock class, Blain Ray took the stock class, with Mike Evrley joining him in the final two. Blake Tisdale would round out the top three with a third place finish.
Aaron Huff would be one of the other winners, scoring the victory in the van class.
