Der SPD um Andrea Nahles scheint ein Coup gelungen zu sein. Unter dem Schlagwort „Mietenstopp“ hat sie jedenfalls den Wohnungsmangel in das Zentrum der politischen Debatte gerückt. Die dirigistische Initiative mag Schlagzeilen liefern, den eklatanten Mangel an bezahlbarem Wohnraum wird sie nicht beseitigen.
