Northeast Texas reported six new coronavirus cases in three counties Thursday, while Southwest Arkansas' count increased by one.
Titus County, Texas' case count increased by four from Wednesday to Thursday, reaching 27, according to data from the Texas Department of State Health Services. Red River County added a single case to reach two.
Cass County, Texas, also added a case to reach 20, according to the Bowie County/Cass County Joint Operations Center. Bowie County, Texas, held at 105 cases.
Morris County, Texas, held at nine cases, according to the state.
In Southwest Arkansas, Lafayette County's tally rose by one to reach nine, according to the Arkansas Department of Health. Miller County remained at 35 cases, Howard County at 14, Sevier County at 14, Hempstead County at seven, Pike County at three, Nevada County at two and Little River County at zero.
In Northwest Louisiana, Caddo Parish added 51 cases to reach 1,690, and Bossier Parish's count increases from 300 to 307.
Statewide, Texas reported 35,390 cases with 973 deaths. Louisiana reported 30,652 cases with 2,135 deaths, and Arkansas reported 3,611 cases with 87 deaths.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported 1,219,066 cases with 73,297 deaths nationwide so far.
