JACKSON – Dorion Riley wanted to make his senior year special.

After an All-State season last fall, he knew he had to make the most of his team’s modified six-game schedule. He did just that during Friday night’s season opener against Tecumseh, as the elusive tailback rushed for 321 yards and six touchdowns on just 23 carries in Jackson’s 44-20 win over the Indians.

Riley scored five times in the first half to push the Vikings in front by a score of 38-8 at halftime and added his sixth score in the fourth quarter to put the game on ice and help his team pick up a critical SEC White victory.

Jackson (1-0, 1-0 SEC White) will host Monroe (1-0) next Friday, while Tecumseh (0-1, 0-1 SEC White) will face Pinckney (0-1).
