BLOOMFIELD, NJ-- If you haven't driven through Bloomfield Center in a few years, you likely won't recognize it today. Older buildings have been replaced by well appointed mixed use development projects, all within walking distance to the NJ Transit Midtown Direct train.
Today marks move in day for the newest such building in "The Center." Six Points at Bloomfield Station, located at 30 Farrand Street in Bloomfield, contains 301,000 square feet composed of;
- 176 Residential Apartments
- 314-car municipally-owned parking garage
- Grand entrance with lounge areas
- Robust amenity package, including a fitness center, rooftop entertainment areas, automated packaging system, multi-purpose event rooms, business center and pet spa
The project was developed by CHA Partners. According to their website, they describe themselves as a full-service commercial real estate development firm specializing in public-private partnerships that successfully execute complex healthcare, mixed-use, residential, redevelopment and adaptive reuse projects. CHA’s core principles of honesty, integrity and transparency have allowed it to become one of the most sought-after and fastest-growing developers in the State of New Jersey.
"This is a great accomplishment in the continued success of the revitalization of Bloomfield center. We are excited for its completion and look forward to the next couple of projects to be completed," said Mayor Michael Venezia.
Construction on Six Points at Bloomfield Station began in late 2019. This building is part of a three-phase contiguous project that includes Bloomfield Station, as well as CHA’s construction of The Royal @ Bloomfield Station.
