HUDSON, Ohio – Brandon Chrostowski, founder and chief executive of Edwins Leadership and Restaurant Institute, will host a live virtual cooking program through the Hudson Library and Historical Society.
The demo is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday, March 4. Chrostowski will guide folks in making red-wine braised short ribs.
Edwins is a fine-dining French restaurant in Cleveland’s Shaker Square that hires and trains recently incarcerated individuals. Chrostowski has been busy of late, expanding the concept to Edwins Too, a prix fixe-focused restaurant in the former Fire food and drink space in Shaker Square. The mission has expanded to a butcher shop and bakery in the Buckeye neighborhood of Cleveland.
Registration is required for the free Zoom program, which will be recorded and available via the library’s Facebook and YouTube pages. Participants will receive an email invitation to join. Email askus@hudson.lib.oh.us or call 330-653-6658, ext. 1010.
