WWE NXT viewership decreased on May 16.
According to Wrestlenomics, 564,000 viewers tuned in on Tuesday; this number is down from last week, when 601,000 viewers watched the show. The demo rating in the 18-to-49 demographic also dropped, as this week’s show scored a 0.14 rating. NXT drew a 0.17 rating in the same demographic last week.
NXT ranked #15 in the demographic among cable originals. The NBA conference finals game on ESPN led the night in the 18 to 49 demographic, per Wrestlenomics.
This week’s show kicked off with Cora Jade defeating Fallon Henley to advance to the next round of the NXT Women’s Championship tournament. In the closing segment of the show, NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams brawled with Bron Breakker to end the show.
